Torre del Parque I is a corporate building with 10 floors and over 12,917 square feet per floor. The building houses the insurance company Rimac and, on the first floor, a Zara store. The client requested lighting for the facade but faced two limitations: the facade is entirely made of glass, and a horizontal metal structure separates the first floor from the rest of the building.
Luminicos proposed a solution involving the installation of four large poles, placed at each corner of the building. We chose Bega luminaires with powerful projectors and anti-glare accessories, as well as a varied light beam. The light only impacts the vertical bars, creating the impression that the building is illuminated, but without the light source being visible. Since the lighting is anti-glare, interior users are not affected by the projectors, which was the desired effect.
This project exemplifies Luminicos' technical capabilities in finding creative solutions to illuminate commercial spaces with complex architecture.
